    In fact , healthy aging is living by removing debilitating conditions or illness from diseases. If you want to have success in healthy aging , you will stay active throughout your life because it can reduce aging symptoms such as crowfeet , wrinkles and enjoy life longer than people who sit on the couch holding it down.
    According to medical experts, the member of elders entering nursing facilities has decreased , people can’t stay longer life because of many conditions such as society condition with they take life more seriously, obviously. Moreover natural change condition such as hereditary and eating carbohydrates can be causes of some disease. There is one cause that from nature of human that can make you to have disease is cause from genetics such as Alzheimer’s disease, heart disease and so on.   
 Eating carbohydrates will increase the level of blood sugar is cause of high-blood or heart disease. For unnatural condition that is the cause of many diseases such as drinking alcohol , drugging , over eating and so forth is factored into common aging and  uncommon aging.
    If you want to have success in healthy aging and have longer life pass 90 years.  You must take steps to reduce aging by taking care of your teeth, and overall body and mind. In fact, taking care of your teeth and gums can reduce your chances of heart disease. Experts found that the teeth and gum link to nerves that can submit poisons to the heart , thus causing heart attacks.
    Furthermore , you should make yourself to be strong by do correctly exercise and eat useful foods. When you have illness , you should go to see the doctor for correct treatment. If you do follow these , it will help you to have longer life.
