Life is just another adventure if you look into its channels. Since we are born until older, we have many risks for our health. Our muscles , joints and bones have to do many activities hardly so they begin to disintegrate and make the effect to our bodies and minds to start weakening. Throughout our life, we take care our health incorrectly such as eating and do exercise incorrectly. We misunderstand about dieting by decreasing amount of fibers but we don’t know our bodies use fibers to keep down the levels of cholesterol and control working of the liver. These causes can make our bodies to degenerate. Throughout our youthful days, our bodies changes , yet as we reach age 35 and more. We face up to many serious problems from establishing a residence , vehicle , children and dwell on what we need to do. Those of all can be harmful for living. The way to help our life to be fun and we have good health in our bodies and mind that is we should spend times by traveling. Traveling can be educational as well as a relaxation time for us. Seeing new things and meeting new people can help us to be happy and fun. Have fun with new adventure and stay healthy for our long life. Especially traveling in natural places is the best way to make your health to be good because you can get the fresh air which can help your lung to be strong and it is advantage for blood stream. Moreover traveling can help you to avoid stress from working or many problems. It can help you to forget some things that are serious . For your healthy aging you shouldn’t stay indoor or stay alone in your house , you should go outdoor to travel with friends for your better life.
