We know that living day to day brings a lot of stresses into our lives. Some of the stress can be controlled but not all of it can. Because of things change everyday including the environment around us, it is the important cause of stress which effects to our minds and nerves including our health so we should have control the stresses.
Staying outdoor with neighbors and friends can help you relieve the stress of being alone. The people can help you to decide on how the handle the stresses or problems. Having friends or acquaintances prevent you from drifting into depress. You may get out of the house and join an exercise group. Take in some vitamin D that comes from the sun by walking 15-20 minutes a day; make it fun by asking someone to walk with you around the block. The sun is good for you . If you know your limits on how much you can handle  and you can socialize too at the same time.
The good social environment help you to have healthy aging. On the other way, if you stay in bad social environment it slows your healthy aging such as when your neighbors disturb you by making loud noise which you can’t sleep. It makes depression to you. Sleeping is very important for your brain and your health. If you lack of sleeping , your health will degenerate .
In addition , if your area full of violence and crime , it makes you feel fear and not be safe. Don’t let these things around you. Safety is very important for us so you may have to go to the area police or get the advise from your good neighbors. Remember that these problems can be harmful for your mind and health so when you need to socialize with others you need to be safe at the same time so keep talking and enjoying your friends and check with others about safety.
