    Our brain has learned a lot from our younger days until we grow older. Our brain works hardly by increasing knowledge and builds the connecting element in the brain that make us function well. Because our brain face up to many things to stress it so we need to learn how to keep the brain healthy.
    Eating colorful fruits and leafy vegetables can help your brain to perform and become better. If vegetables can help to prevent cancer, it has to be good for the brain as well. Fruits and vegetables are full of antioxidants , vitamins , and minerals along with being low in fat and calories. Especially vitamins can reduce dying damaged cells. Eat blueberries the color is known to improve short- term memory.
    Manage the stress because it is harmful to your body and brain. It causes depression easier as you grow older, so you should avoid it by making yourself to be relax , do to relieve the rest by bring pleasure to yourself. Moreover the brain release stress hormones to help us to manage some stress but if too many hormones are released it can damage the nerve cells so the best way to manage stress, you may walk or do some kind of activities to relax that brain not stress it . Putting some fun into your life and make yourself to be happy again so the brain will be ready to get new learning experiences and help you to live a better life.
    Moreover doing exercise can help you have  brain healthy   especially you should exercise in the morning. Your brain will get pure fresh air to develop many systems in your body. If your brain and your body are strong , it will help you to have better and longer life.
