Each day we live , we do many activities by using muscles and bones. When our bones need continued activities throughout our lives starting as a child until we turn  30 , the bones continue to build. After this age, the bones begin to disintegrate. Bones are important for us so we should begin to take care of them in youthful day.
Bone health is achieved through activities such as exercise . In addition, you maintain healthy bones by increasing calcium by drinking milk or eating some kinds of foods such as fish or soy beans. Moreover you should get suitable vitamin D because it facilitates calcium to flow through the bloodstream. You may get vitamin D from the sun by staying outside around noon and get some sun with all those vitamin D rays. Maybe take walk for 15-20 minutes each day to get the sun.
To avoid the high – risks of bone disease for example don’t have some medicine or drugs, don’t exercise hardly or incorrectly  and begin good habit eating such as eating vegetables and fruits . You shouldn’t eat high calories foods or drinking alcohol because they are dangerous for bones. It can destroy your bones. If you can avoid bad habits of eating , drinking and exercise , you will have good health and it can help you to prevent and low your risks of hearth disease , high-blood , high – cholesterol, diabetes and so on.
